Anuj Designers

You can find Anuj Designers over at Omkar Niwas in Dadar West. It’s a small space where we do all our work. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Dadar West is always crowded, but Omkar Niwas is a bit of a familiar landmark for those of us who stay around here. We do design work, mostly focusing on what the customers ask for when they walk in. It’s not a high-end studio with glass walls. It’s more of a workshop vibe. There are rolls of materials and sketches lying around most of the time. We spend our days cutting, measuring, and trying to get the details right. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things by hand. People from the neighborhood drop in to see how their orders are coming along. We like the personal touch of being a small shop. You get to talk to the person actually doing the work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just because we’re always busy with something new. We don’t do much advertising. People usually just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor who had something made here. Dadar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, right here in the same old spot.
