Anjuman-I-Islam

This is the office for Anjuman-I-Islam, located within the Medical College and H.A.R. Kalsekar Tibbia Hospital. We are situated at 60 Fisheries University Road, right on Yari Road in Versova. It’s a busy spot, being part of a hospital and college complex. There are always students walking around in groups and patients coming in for their appointments. Our workspace is quite functional and a bit clinical, as you might expect given where we are. We have a lot of metal files and old wooden desks that have been here for years. It’s not a place for luxury; it’s a place for getting things done. The hallways are usually echoing with the sound of people talking or heavy footsteps on the tiles. We spend our days managing the administrative side of the operations. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the sheer amount of paperwork that needs to be filed or stamped. The fans on the ceiling hum constantly to keep the air moving during the hot afternoons. We have a small window that looks out towards the university area, which provides a bit of a view. It’s a very grounded place to work every day. We don’t use any fancy management speak here. We just deal with the students, the staff, and the hospital needs as they arise. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the records are kept straight. The building has some history, and we just do our part.
