Our office is in the Sandharst Building, room 524, right on Svp Road. Being near the Opera House is quite nice because it’s a well-known part of the city. Anil Chemicals & Industries Ltd. has been here for quite some time. The building is one of those older ones with a lot of character, though the elevator can be a bit slow on Monday mornings. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and where the staff sits. It's a functional space, nothing too modern or sleek. We use it for our daily meetings and for handling all the paperwork that comes with the chemical industry. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important and we take it seriously. We don’t have any big slogans or mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy traffic on Svp Road. It’s a noisy city, but inside our office, we try to keep things focused. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local business. We know our neighbors in the Sandharst Building and often chat in the hallways. It’s a simple, honest way to run Anil Chemicals & Industries Ltd., and it’s worked for us so far. We are just regular people.
