X Appeal

We are based in the Ambica Society, specifically at D/95 Mhada Four Bunglows in Andheri West. It is a residential area mostly so it stays a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice for us. Our space is basically just a flat that we have converted into a workplace. It is not very large, so we have to be very organized with our stuff. We work on different types of apparel and there is always something being sewn or measured. The windows stay open to let in the breeze, but sometimes the dust from the construction nearby comes in too. We have a small table for tea and we usually take a break around four o’clock. It is just a few of us working here every day. We have been in this society for a while now and the security guards know us well. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes because we spend so much time here. The lighting isn't the best in the evenings so we try to get the detailed work done while the sun is still up. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy like that. If you are looking for us, you just have to find the right block and ring the bell. We are usually around from Monday to Saturday unless something comes up and we have to close early for the day.
