Khet-Se Agriproduce India is located in Andheri-Kurla at the Leela Business Park. We share space within the Tata Chemicals Limited office area. It’s a busy hub in Mumbai, close to the airport, so there’s always a lot of movement. Our work is centered around fresh produce and getting things from the farm to the city. It sounds simple, but the logistics of fresh food are quite a challenge. We have to move fast before things spoil. The office is a bit more professional because of where it’s located, but we still keep things pretty informal among the team. We talk a lot about supply chains, cold storage, and vegetable prices. It’s a fast-paced environment. We aren't sitting around doing nothing; there’s always a truck to track or a vendor to negotiate with. The commute through Andheri traffic is something we all deal with every morning. It’s not the easiest place to get to, but it’s right in the middle of everything. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to bridge the gap between rural farmers and urban markets. It takes a lot of coordination and some long hours, especially when new shipments arrive. It’s a practical business run by people who care about how food gets to the table. We just do our best every day to keep things moving.
