S & T Welcare Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is up on the fourth floor of Crystal Paradise Mall. Our office is number 401. Being in a mall on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West means it’s always busy downstairs. We have to take the lift up to the fourth floor every morning. It’s a different world up here compared to the noise of the shops below. We’ve been in this office for a good bit of time. It’s a standard office space with desks and equipment. We aren't here to put on a show. We just work through the orders and the emails. Crystal Paradise Mall is a big place, so we tell people to look for the 401 sign. Andheri West is a fast-paced part of town, but our office stays pretty focused. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up and do what’s required. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to get in, but we’re used to it. We deal with the equipment every day and keep the records straight. It’s just a normal office life for us. No corporate jargon or fancy marketing. We are just a team working from a mall office. It’s a convenient spot even if the parking is a bit of a hassle. We just like to get things done right.
