Glass Beads

We are tucked away in the Madhu Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 107. It’s on Mogra Village Road in the Mograpada area of Andheri East. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not the quietest place to spend your day, but we like it. There’s always a truck backing up or someone moving crates around. Glass Beads has been based here for a while now. The office is pretty basic. We have some shelves for our samples and enough space for a few of us to sit and work. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting. It’s more of a place where you get your hands dirty and stay until the job is finished. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and finding a parking spot is usually a bit of a challenge. But it’s a good location for getting things shipped out. We don’t have a bunch of corporate rules or a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do what needs doing. Most of us have worked together for years, so we don't need to talk much to know who is doing what. It’s a steady, reliable rhythm. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the heat like everyone else. It’s just a normal place filled with normal people working hard.
