You can find Hs Garments at No. 4 in the Neeraj Industrial Estate. We are situated on Mahakali Road in Andheri East. Being in an industrial estate means things are pretty functional around here. There aren't many frills. Our unit is mostly filled with the machines and the long tables we use for cutting and sorting fabric. It can get quite loud when everything is running at once, but that's just the sound of work getting done. Andheri East is always busy, so there’s a lot of movement outside our doors throughout the day. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for people to sit and wait. It’s strictly a workspace. We spend most of our hours making sure the production stays on schedule and that things look right. Sometimes the floors get covered in scraps of thread and cloth, so we have to sweep up a few times a day just to keep it safe. The lighting is a bit harsh, those long fluorescent tubes, but they help us see what we’re doing. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we’re used to the grind of the industrial estate.
