Anaya Spa Salon

We are tucked away in Shop 46 over at the C Wing of the Shyam Kama building. If you know Teli Galli Cross Lane in Vile Parle East, then you know it gets pretty busy around here. The shop isn't huge but it fits what we need for the day. We spend most of our mornings just getting the towels ready and making sure the floor is swept before the first person walks in. It’s mostly locals who come by, people living in the nearby buildings who just want a bit of quiet. There is a specific way the light hits the window in the afternoon that makes the whole place feel a bit warmer. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break between customers. It’s just how things go here. We handle hair and skin stuff mainly. The chairs have been here a while but they are comfortable enough. You hear the traffic from the lane outside but once the music is on, it sort of fades away. It’s a job like any other, keeping the mirrors clean and making sure we don't run out of shampoo. We've been in this spot for a bit now and people know where to find us if they need a trim or just to sit down for a while.
