People usually find us at the Glahurst building in Santacruz West. It is right on Phiroz Shah Mehta Road, and if you know the area, it is near the 11th cross and 18th main. We have been working from this 2nd phase spot for quite a while now. Most days are just about managing the paperwork and keeping track of the inventory coming in. It is not a huge office or anything, just a practical space where we handle the impex side of things. The traffic around here can be a bit much in the mornings, especially near the main road. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just stick to the routine of getting things shipped out or received. It is a local operation at heart. The neighbors know us, and we know the delivery guys who come by every afternoon. Sometimes the address gets people confused because of how the crosses are laid out, but once you find Glahurst, you are basically there. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day. It is mostly about making sure the boxes go to the right place and the invoices match up. There isn't any big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people trying to keep the business moving in this part of town. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same.
