We’ve been based out of Shop No.A/2 in the Shruti Sagar building for quite some time now. Most people know the spot because it’s right near the police lane here in Swami Nityanand Nagar. It’s a busy part of Andheri East, so there is always noise from the street and people walking by our window. We spend most of our mornings sorting through boxes of surgical supplies and checking what needs to go out to the local clinics. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical shop where we keep the shelves stocked. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to move things around the shop, but we manage. My brother and I usually handle the inventory ourselves. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a phone that rings pretty often with neighbors and doctors asking if we have specific items in stock. The address at C.T. S. No.501 is easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We keep the doors open through the afternoon heat. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and writing out bills by hand. People stop in just to chat sometimes while they wait for their orders to be packed up. We try to keep things organized but with so many small medical parts, it gets a bit cluttered. It’s just how a local business runs in this part of town.
