You can find us in Chembur, specifically at A/101 in Sabari Castle. The building is off R. C. Marg and it’s actually right across from the Chembur Police Station in the Charai area. It’s a pretty busy spot. Having the police station right there is a good landmark, so we never have to give long directions to anyone. Our office is a typical business unit where we handle all the import and export paperwork. We deal with a lot of medical supplies and different types of goods that come in and out. The office is usually full of boxes and samples waiting to be shipped. It’s not a very fancy place, just some desks, computers, and a lot of filing folders. The traffic on R. C. Marg can be quite a mess in the evenings, so we usually try to finish our dispatch work before the rush hour starts. We are a small crew, and we’ve been working out of Sabari Castle for quite some time now. Chembur has changed a lot, but this little corner near the station feels familiar. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs people or checking on shipment status. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the labels are right. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the papers everywhere, but we eventually find what we are looking for. It’s just our daily routine.
