Our office at Ameet Consultants & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the thick of things in Ghatkoper East. We are in the Rupa Plaza Building on the second floor, specifically rooms 205 and 206. Because we are so close to Jawahar Road and Station Road, the noise from the trains and the commuters is always there. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going. Our space is filled with drawings, files, and old binders. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies with sleek desks. It’s a bit cramped but we manage. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to each other about technical stuff. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the noise from the street below. The stairs in Rupa Plaza are usually busy and the walls have flyers stuck on them. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of us have been here for years and we know the shortcuts through the station crowds. It’s a convenient spot even if it’s a bit hectic. We just focus on our engineering tasks and try to stay organized amidst all the paper. It’s a real office for real work and we don’t pretend otherwise.
