Ambica Plastic Industries

Ambica Plastic Industries is over at 5 Goregaon East, specifically in A Wing. We are right near the Western Express Highway, which is actually really helpful for when we need to ship things out. Being near the highway means it’s always noisy, but you get used to the sound of the traffic after a while. Our unit in A Wing is where all the manufacturing happens. We deal with plastic production, so there are always molds and raw materials stacked up. It’s a busy environment and we are usually running at full capacity. We don’t have a big corporate office or people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, making sure the machines are running right. Goregaon East has a lot of businesses like ours, so we feel right at home. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change as the highway got busier. We don't spend our time writing fancy mission statements. We just focus on making sure the plastic products we produce are consistent. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. Sometimes the heat in the factory gets to be a bit much in the summer, but we keep going. If you’re driving along the Western Express Highway, we are just a stone's throw away in that industrial pocket.
