Down at 20, SHUBHLAXMI INDUSTRIEAL ESTATE in Changodar Village, things get pretty busy. We are based in Moraiya, Taluko Sananad, which is a bit of a drive out if you aren't used to the industrial zones. Ambica Chemicals has been operating out of this unit for a while. The estate is always full of trucks and the sound of machines. Our space is mostly filled with barrels and containers, and there’s always that faint smell of industrial materials in the air. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning; it’s mostly just the work floor and a small desk where we handle the paperwork. Dealing with chemicals means we have to be careful with how things are stored and moved. The roads around Changodar can get dusty, especially in the summer. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. It’s not a glamorous setup, but we get the orders filled and shipped out to whoever needs them. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or talking to drivers about pickup times. It’s a practical environment. We don't really have time for corporate meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the production and making sure the supplies are ready when the trucks pull up to the gate. Sometimes the wind blows the dust right into the workspace, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces before we start. It’s just part of being in an industrial estate like Shubhlaxmi.
