Talk about the Parmar Industrial Estate. It's a big place, spread over many units like 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 14, and 16. We spend our days in Kurla West, right near Bail Bazaar. It gets crowded around here, but it's where we work. Amar Equipments has been around this part of Mumbai for a while now. The Kale Marg area is always busy with people and vehicles. Most of our guys have been here for years and know the layout by heart. We handle a lot of equipment orders every week. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls, just a workspace where things get made and shipped out. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the estate is a real mess, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai Suburban. We open up early and stay late most days. There is always someone checking the machines or talking to a client on the phone. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. We just get the job done. The workshop floor is where the real activity happens. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still here at the same spot. If you walk through the different units we have, you’ll see people busy with their hands. It’s honest work. We don’t have a big marketing team. It’s just us, working in the industrial estate, making sure the equipment is ready. You learn to work with what you have. Being in so many units means a lot of walking, but it keeps us busy and involved.
