Alpha Chemika, Mumbai

We are based in Andheri West, specifically in Savgan Heights. Our office is 102 in the B Wing on RTO Lane. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Andheri can get. There is always someone honking or some construction going on nearby. Alpha Chemika has been around for a long time. We have seen this neighborhood change from being quiet to being completely packed. Our office is where all the coordination happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking lists. It is a bit of a maze in this building sometimes. We have a small team of people who have been together for years. We don't really do the corporate lunch thing. Usually, we just eat at our desks or go to the small place around the corner. We deal with chemicals and lab stuff, so there is always a lot of technical talk in the room. It is not the most exciting work for everyone, but we find it interesting enough. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just want to make sure the bottles and jars get to the right places. The rain in Mumbai can be a real pain for deliveries, but we manage. It is just another day in the city for us.
