We've been working out of our spot in A-51, Taloja Midc for a while now. It's a busy industrial area in Raigad, Navi Mumbai. Our days are mostly spent around CNC machines. People come to us when they need specific parts or machines that can handle heavy work. It's not a fancy office, just a place where things get made. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working with metals and lathes for years. We handle the assembly and the technical stuff ourselves. Sometimes it gets loud with all the cutting and drilling going on. We just focus on getting the machinery right so it doesn't break down when someone else is using it. If you're driving through the Midc, you'll see our sign. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our tools are bit greasy and the floor usually has some metal shavings on it by noon. We try to keep things organized but it's a factory, so things move fast. We deal with various types of CNC setups. It’s steady work. We know the machines inside out. If a part isn't fitting right, we stay until it does. That's just how we do things here in Raigad. It’s hard work, but we like seeing the machines leave the floor ready to go.
