Allied Transport Service

We have been operating Allied Transport Service from the ground floor of the APM Shopping Mall in Masjid Bunder West for quite some time. Specifically, we are at shop G/4. It is a very busy area, so there is always noise from the street and people moving goods around. Our office is simple. We do not have any fancy decorations or soft carpets. It is mostly just us sitting at the desks handling transport logs and talking to drivers on the phone. Sometimes the fans are not enough for the heat, but we stay busy. We focus on getting things from one place to another. Dealing with Mumbai traffic is part of the daily life here. We see the same faces every morning when the mall opens up. It is a practical way to earn a living. We do not use big words or have meetings that last for hours. We just look at what needs to move and we find a way to move it. If you come by the ground floor, you will see a lot of files and some old chairs. That is where we do our work. We know the local porters and the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a small community inside a very large, crowded city. We just stay here and do the daily tasks that come our way. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening.
