Our office is tucked away in Christion Apartment, which is over in Andheri East. We’re in units 1 and 2. It’s quite close to the Highway Residency Hotel, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. This area around the 5th Cross and Hennur Bande is always a bit chaotic, and our street is no different, with bikes and cars constantly moving around. We deal with mail and express services, so there’s always a lot of packages and envelopes coming in and out. The office isn't very big, and sometimes it feels a bit crowded with all the stuff waiting to be sent out. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just come to the door, hand us what they need, and we take care of it. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we have a system that works for us, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We don't spend much time on decorations; we'd rather just keep the mail moving. On rainy days, it can get a bit damp near the entrance, but we just put down some mats and keep going. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in a very busy part of the city. We are just local people doing a job that needs to be done every day, making sure the mail gets where it needs to go.
