We call ourselves All Solutions and you can find us at Goregaon West on Bodakdev Street, number 144. It’s a small shop where we try to fix whatever comes through the door. Usually it’s electronics or small appliances that people bring in. We chose the name because we wanted to be helpful with different kinds of problems. Bodakdev Street is a decent spot, though parking can be a real headache some days. Our shop at 144 is tucked in there with a few other local businesses. It’s not a shiny showroom. There are tools everywhere and parts scattered on the workbenches. That’s just how we work. We don't have a script for when customers call; we just talk to them like normal people. If we can’t fix something, we’ll just tell you straight. It’s better than wasting everyone's time. We’ve been in Goregaon West for a few years now and we like the neighborhood. A lot of the locals come to us because they don't want to go to the big service centers where everything is expensive and slow. We do things a bit differently here. It’s more personal. Sometimes we’re staying late to finish a repair that turned out to be harder than we thought. That is just part of the job. We don’t do much advertising, we just rely on people telling their neighbors about us.
