Our spot is at 67/16 in Bunder East, not far from the Panchtara Hotel. It’s a location that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We handle tempo services, so there’s always a lot of coming and going. The office is just a basic place where we keep track of the schedules and talk to drivers. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. We spend our days making sure the tempos are where they need to be. It’s a honest way to make a living and we’ve gotten used to the pace of it. Being near Panchtara Hotel makes it a good landmark for people trying to find our gate. We don't use any high-tech systems, just old-fashioned notebooks and phones. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the transport business.
