Alis Hair Academy Beauty Salon

Our place is located in Andheri West on Rajmahal Road, inside the Mangal Orchid building, B2, Shop No 21. It’s a bit of a double-duty spot because we don’t just do hair and beauty treatments; we also teach people how to do them. Because of the academy side of things, you’ll often see students practicing on mannequins or watching closely while one of us works on a customer. The shop is in a good spot in Andheri, so there is always something going on outside in the street. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We have several stations set up for both learning and for regular customers who come in for their appointments. It can get a bit crowded when a class is going on, with people standing around and taking notes on how to handle different hair types. We’ve got plenty of mirrors, sinks, and all the equipment you’d expect to find in a professional setup. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them clean, though with so many people moving around, it’s a constant task throughout the day. We don’t go in for a lot of corporate talk. We just explain the techniques and do the work. The building itself, Mangal Orchid, is easy to find, and we’ve been in this shop for a good while now. It’s a practical environment where people come to learn a skill or just to get their hair cut.
