Alila Hotels Resort Booking Office

We are located over at Vikas Commercial on C G Road in Chembur. If you know the 2nd Panjarapole Lane Corner, you can find us pretty easily. We are right there by Gulalwadi Circle and the Basant Cinema. This office is where we handle all the booking stuff for Alila Hotels. It gets busy here with people calling in or stopping by to check on their resort plans. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we sit and get the work done. Sometimes the traffic outside near the circle gets a bit loud, but that is just how Chembur is. We have been at 301 for a while now. People usually use the cinema as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. It is a straightforward operation. We deal with the paperwork and the computer systems to make sure everything is set for the guests. Most days are spent on the phone or responding to messages. It’s a local spot where the staff knows the neighborhood. We see the same faces walking by the building every morning. When the weather is hot, the office feels like a good place to hide from the sun and just focus on the schedules. There is a lot of back and forth with the resorts. We try to keep things organized so no one has any issues when they get to their destination. It’s just us here in Mumbai handling the logistics. The building itself is quite familiar to anyone who lives around here.
