Our office is Shop No. G7 in the Embassy Centre building down at Nariman Point. Nariman Point used to be the main business district in Mumbai, and it still has that old-school professional feel. We are on the ground floor, which is convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevators, which can be a nightmare in these buildings. The Embassy Centre is a well-known spot. We handle all the hospitality business for Ali Khan Hospitality from here. It is a compact space, mostly filled with desks and a few filing cabinets. Since we are near the sea, the air sometimes has that salty smell, though the pollution mostly covers it up. We have a small crew. Most of us have been in the hospitality line for years, so we know the drill. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get the work done. Nariman Point is a bit quieter in the evenings after everyone leaves the offices, but during the day it is very hectic. We get our coffee from the local guys nearby. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the logistics and the management side of things. It’s just a regular workplace in the 400021 area, and we are fine with that. We just show up and handle the tasks for the day until it is time to go.
