Alemo Engineers

You can find Alemo Engineers at unit 34 in the Patel Industrial Estate. This is on S.V. Road in Dahisar East. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can be on that road. The estate itself is packed with different small businesses. Our unit is just a small workshop. We do engineering work, mostly custom jobs and repairs for people who bring things in. We have a few machines that take up most of the floor space. There isn't much room for anything else. We don't have a fancy waiting area or even a proper desk for a secretary. If someone comes by, they usually just talk to us while we are working. We’ve got oil stains on the floor and metal shavings in the cracks. It’s a real workshop. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our day-to-day stuff. We just write things down in a ledger and keep track of the jobs that way. Most of the guys here are good with their hands and don't care much for office work. We get our tea from the vendor who walks through the estate twice a day. It’s a simple life. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job with the tools we have. It's nothing special, just a small engineering shop.
