Akash Roadlines

Akash Roadlines is based out of Room No 3 in the Newcozy Nook Apartment. We are situated in the IC area of Borivali West, near Pisoli. It’s a bit unusual having a transport business in an apartment building, but it’s worked for us for a long time. This is where we do all the paperwork and coordination for the trucks. We don't keep the vehicles here, obviously, but this is the hub for all the phone calls and scheduling. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting at the desks with several phones ringing at once. Borivali West is a big area, and being near Pisoli gives us a good base to manage things. We started this because we knew a lot about the roads and how to get things from one side of the city to the other. It’s not an easy job. There are always issues with permits or drivers getting stuck in traffic. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to our contacts. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs and filing cabinets. We know the other residents in Newcozy Nook quite well. They are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We don't have a big logo on the building or anything, just the small sign on our door. It’s a practical setup that keeps our overhead low so we can stay in business. We've been doing this for years and know the routes inside out.
