Ajay Metachem Ltd.

Prem Nariman Street is usually pretty crowded with people and cars, and that is where you will find Ajay Metachem Ltd. We are located inside the Sangli Bank Building at number 296. It’s an old place, and the walls have seen a lot of years. We don’t have any of those fancy modern lobbies with glass and chrome. It’s just a regular office space where we keep our files and answer the phones. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We deal with metal chemicals and stuff like that. Most of the day is spent checking orders and talking to people on the landline. We have a small staff and everyone has been here for a while. There is a tea shop around the corner where we usually go in the afternoons. It’s a bit noisy with the street traffic coming through the windows, but you get used to it. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the directory. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the paperwork finished so the shipments can go out. It isn't a glamorous life, but it's what we do. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old coffee mugs. We just keep things moving along without making much of a fuss about it.
