If you are looking for Shop No 56/234, you’ll find us on the ground floor near Mumbai Central. It’s right by Nagpada Junction, so it is always incredibly noisy outside with all the horns and people shouting. Aiz Travels Tours is a small place, mostly filled with stacks of brochures and a couple of old computers. We’ve been here for a long time, helping people figure out where they want to go. Whether it’s a bus ticket to the next town or a bigger trip, we just sit down and look at the schedules together. My cousin helps me out on the weekends when it gets crowded. The office isn’t much to look at, honestly. The paint is peeling a bit in the corner and the chairs are kind of old, but they are comfortable enough for a quick chat. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to confirm bookings or checking if a train is on time. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the ceiling fan on high. People often stop in just to ask for directions because the junction is so confusing. We don’t mind. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We know most of the shopkeepers around here, and we all look out for each other. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of Mumbai Central. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
