We opened up here in Goregaon West quite a few years back now. It’s a busy spot and we see a lot of people coming through the doors for different things. Some just need a new charger because theirs broke at home or they’re looking for a specific cable they can’t find elsewhere. We spend a lot of time just talking to the locals about their phones and what’s acting up. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it. The shop isn’t huge but we keep it organized enough so we can find stuff when someone asks. Mostly it’s just us handling repairs or helping people pick out a basic handset that won’t give them too much trouble. We don't really do the fancy displays you see in the malls. It’s more about just getting the job done so people can get back to their day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but that's just how it is around here. We know most of the shop owners nearby too. If you’re walking past, you’ll probably see us sitting near the front counter. We try to keep a variety of parts in stock so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a steady life and we like being part of the community here. There’s always someone coming in with a cracked screen or a battery that won’t hold a charge anymore. We just do what we can.
