We run our business out of Gala No 16 in the Pehalwan Estate. This is located in Andheri East on Carter Road. If you know where Dilshad Restaurant is, we are just a short distance from there. We handle freight and the transport of goods from one spot to another. Since it is a transport business, there are always trucks moving in and out of the estate. The area can be a bit dusty and loud, but that is normal for this kind of work. We have been in this location for many years. Most of our time is spent on the telephone, talking to drivers and making sure the manifest lists are correct. It takes a lot of coordination to ensure that everything gets delivered where it is supposed to go. We do not use any complicated systems, just regular paperwork and a lot of patience. Andheri East is a major hub for logistics, so it is a good place for us to be based. Sometimes traffic or bad weather causes delays, but we just handle those situations as they happen. Our office is not a polished space. it is a working gala where we keep track of all the loads. People come to us when they have things that need to move across the city or even further away. We just give them a price and see which truck is ready to go. It is a simple enough process.
