We’ve been at Raheja Point 1 in Santacruz East for a long time now. If you know the area, we are on the 16th floor of the A-60 wing, right next to the SVC Bank. It’s a busy spot near Vakola Church. Mostly, we deal with nuts, bolts, and all sorts of fasteners. It’s not flashy work, but everything needs to stay together somehow. People come to us when they need specific sizes that are hard to find elsewhere. We spend most of our mornings sorting through orders and making sure the stock is where it should be. The office gets a bit hectic around mid-day when the deliveries start moving out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from up here on the 16th floor. Traffic on Nehru Road is always something to talk about, but we manage to get things done regardless. Sometimes it’s just about getting the right parts to the right person without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a massive showroom or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we keep track of thousands of tiny metal pieces. The staff has been around for a while, so we know our inventory pretty well. If someone calls asking for a specific grade of steel or a particular thread, we usually know right away if it's sitting on the shelf or if we need to get it in. It's steady work and keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
