Afrin Telecom is located in Bandra West, specifically in Sector 34 A. Bandra is a well-known part of Mumbai, but our sector is more of a regular residential and small-business area. We’ve been operating out of this small storefront for quite some time now. It’s not the biggest shop in the world, but it’s enough for what we do. We mainly focus on mobile recharges and selling accessories like tempered glass and back covers. We also keep a few used phones on hand for anyone looking for a deal, though they aren't always in perfect condition. We tell people exactly what’s wrong with them before they buy. The shop doesn't have a fancy interior; it’s just plain walls and some simple lighting. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. People from the nearby apartments come to us when their chargers stop working or when they need a new SIM card. We don't have a big staff, so you’ll usually see the same one or two faces every time you walk in. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just here to make sure the people in Sector 34 A have a place to go when their phone acts up. It’s a simple, straightforward business and we like it that way. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if someone calls and says they are on their way with an emergency.
