Our place is over in Lokhandwala Complex, specifically in the B/601 unit of Balaji Enclave in Kandivali East. It’s right near the LFS school, so during the mornings and afternoons, the street downstairs gets quite packed with cars and parents. We are up on the sixth floor, which keeps us away from some of that ground-level noise. The office isn't very large, but we’ve arranged the furniture to make the most of the space we have. When you walk in, there are usually some magazines on the table and a few chairs for people to wait. We spend our time here dealing with the daily appointments and paperwork that comes with running a place like this. The Akurli area has its own pace, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We know the security guards at the gate and the other people who work in the building. It’s a very local feel, nothing like those big corporate centers you see in the city. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, and we’ve been meaning to get it fixed, but we just haven't gotten around to it yet. Our focus is really just on the people who come through the door and making sure they get what they came for. It’s a straightforward setup with a desk, some equipment, and a lot of regular faces who drop by to see us. We stay busy but it's good work.
