Our office is over in Goregaon East, specifically in Shanta Sadan. We are on the second floor. It's a busy area because of the Mini Bazar and the Navarana Temple right nearby. You can hear the noise from the street most of the day, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in these units, 11, 12, and 13A, for a bit of time now. It’s a technology company, so there are a lot of wires and screens everywhere. We aren’t really into the flashy office decor you see in the city center. It’s more about having a desk that works and a chair that doesn’t squeak too much. The team is mostly local folks who take the train or a rickshaw to get here. We spend our days dealing with tech stuff, troubleshooting, and keeping things running. Sometimes it gets crowded in the break area during lunch. There's a lot of talk about the local cricket scores or what’s happening at the market downstairs. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do their jobs well. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. You just walk up the stairs and you're there. It’s honest work in a busy part of Mumbai. We like being close to the temple; it makes the morning feel a bit more peaceful before the rush starts. The rain can be a bit of a hassle in this part of town, but we've got a good roof.
