Dolphin Cellular Phone Service is located in Prabhadevi, right near Maher Lodge and the local Telephone Exchange. It’s a handy spot because the exchange is a major landmark that everyone knows. We spend our days surrounded by mobile phones, spare parts, and tiny screwdrivers.
