Horizon Outsource Solutions

We’re located on the 7th floor of a building on 5th Main Road in Andheri East. Horizon Outsource Solutions is a pretty straightforward place. We handle outsourcing tasks, which means we spend a lot of time on computers and talking to people over the phone or email. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, though we don't spend much time looking out the window. The office is set up with rows of desks and a small area for breaks. It’s not the most exciting place to be, but it’s where we get our work done. The commute to Andheri East can be a bit of a crawl in the morning, so most of us arrive a little tired but ready to start. We don't use any fancy management techniques or have big meetings about our goals. We just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the day and we do them. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's oddly quiet. We’ve got a small fridge for our lunches and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. It’s a normal office with normal people. We don't try to sound like anything we aren't. We just provide some extra help for businesses that need things handled from a distance. It's a steady routine and we've gotten used to the pace of this building.
