Job Point Services

Job Point Services is based in Malad West, right in the Mindspace area. We are in the Aditya Industrial Estate, which is pretty close to Evershine Mall. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai to be in. Every day, I see thousands of people rushing to their offices or heading to the mall. Our office is a bit more quiet than the street outside, though. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls. Sometimes it’s a bit tiring to hear about how hard the job market is, but we just keep at it. The industrial estate is a bit older, so the building has some character to it, you might say. We don't have a big reception area with fancy coffee machines. It’s just a place where work gets done. Most people who come to see us are looking for a fresh start or a better paycheck. I try to be honest with them about what is available. Malad West is a good location because it’s so central for transport, which helps folks get here easily. We’ve been here long enough that we know the layout of the Mindspace area like the back of our hands. It’s just a regular office doing regular things for people who need a bit of help finding their next step.
