Advani & Company

Advani & Company has been based at 10 Church Gate for a long time. Our office is inside Thakur Niwas, which is one of those buildings that has a lot of character but maybe needs a fresh coat of paint here and there. We actually like it that way. It feels real. Inside, you’ll mostly find stacks of paper and folders because that is just the nature of what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We are quite happy right here in this corner of the building. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years, and we know them by name. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for when the phones start ringing all at once. We handle a lot of the boring stuff that people don't want to do themselves, like checking over documents or making sure all the signatures are in the right places. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes we spend hours just looking for one specific file that got moved, but we always find it eventually. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you’ll probably talk to one of the three or four of us who are always here. The Church Gate area is busy, but once you step inside Thakur Niwas, things slow down a bit. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
