You can find us at the ground floor of the Blos building, Flat Number 1, over in Borivali West. It’s actually a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a shop. We have a few stations set up for hair and skin stuff. It’s a bit cramped when we have more than three people waiting, but we have some chairs in the hallway. The lighting isn't perfect, but we use some extra lamps to see what we’re doing. Most of our clients are women from the apartment block or the street right next to us. We’ve got curtains on the windows to keep things private. It’s a quiet little operation. We don’t spend money on big ads; people just see our small board outside. Sometimes the doorbell rings when we’re right in the middle of something, and we have to jump up. It’s not a polished spa with music and scents. It smells mostly like hairspray and nail polish remover. We do our best to make everyone feel comfortable while they get their threadings or cuts done. It’s been our little workspace for a good amount of time now. We know whose birthday is coming up and whose kids are graduating. It’s that kind of place. Simple, local, and we just keep the doors open for whoever needs a quick touch-up.
