Aditya Birla Chemicals

We are based on the 3rd floor of the Aditya Birla Centre over on S K Ahire Marg in Worli. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in a large building like this means there’s always people coming and going. Aditya Birla Chemicals takes up some space here, and it’s mostly where the office work happens. We don’t have factories or big machines in this specific building; it’s more about the desks, phones, and computers. The view from the windows is just the usual city streets and other buildings. Worli is a central spot, so getting here can be a bit of a trek with the traffic, but that’s just life in this city. Our floor is pretty standard—cubicles, some meeting rooms, and a lot of paper. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it’s where we get the planning and the coordination done. We have people here from all over, and the atmosphere is generally just focused on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the elevators take forever, and we end up chatting while we wait. It’s a professional enough environment, but we still have our own ways of doing things that don't always follow a strict corporate script. We just try to keep the workflow steady and handle the requests that come in from our other sites. It's a lot of coordination and talking to people on the phone. We just show up and do our jobs.
