We are located in the Senorika building, which is part of the Kuber Co-Op Society on Gulmohar Cross Road 12 in Juhu. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive after ten in the morning. Our office is on the third floor. We’ve been handling chemicals and industrial materials from here for quite some time. It’s a small office, filled with folders and samples. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. Juhu is known for many things, but for us, it’s just where we’ve set up shop. The building is quiet for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details of the products. We aren’t a huge corporation with departments for everything. It’s just us, making sure the orders are correct and the customers get what they asked for. Sometimes we walk down to the main road for lunch or just to get some fresh air. The air is a bit saltier here because we’re not too far from the beach. Our team is small, just a few people who have learned the trade over the years. We don’t use flashy marketing. We just try to be reliable and keep our records straight. It’s a routine we’ve built up, and it seems to work fine for everyone involved.
