Ace Surgical

The office is tucked away on the first floor over in Parel, right on Concorde Lane off R C Dutt Road. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded around lunch. We’ve been at this spot for some time, dealing with all the surgical supplies and equipment that come through the door. It’s a lot of inventory management, really. We spend most of our time checking boxes and making sure the right items go to the right people. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying something heavy. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves and desks. The light in the office is okay in the mornings, but we usually have the overheads on all day. Working in surgical supplies means being careful about the details. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay organized in a small space. Parel is a good spot for us because it’s central, even if the lane is a bit narrow for big deliveries sometimes. You get used to the noise of the traffic outside. Most days it’s just the sound of packing tape and people talking on the phone. It is a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work. Just a regular bunch of people doing a job and trying to stay on top of the orders.
