If you are near Teen Hath Naka in Thane, you’ve probably passed the Acc Thane Complex on Lbs Marg. That’s where Lokesh Jain and our team at Acc Limited are based. It’s a busy spot in Maharashtra, always full of cars and people rushing around. Our office is right in the thick of it. We’ve got a solid setup here, but it isn't the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free snacks. It is a working office where we keep track of things and make sure the operations are moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screens. The Lbs Marg area is always humming with energy, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t use any polished corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If things are busy, we say so. If we’re having a slow day, we might take a longer lunch at one of the local spots nearby. We've been part of this Thane neighborhood for a while, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic. Our goal is just to finish the day's work and be back again tomorrow. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to get done before five o'clock. It’s just real people doing a job and trying to stay organized.
