Down in Malad, near Triveni Nagar, you can find us at 303, Sai Mukta Chs Ltd in Kurar Village. This is Mumbai, so everything is crowded and fast, and our work with Acc Concrete Limited is no exception. Kurar Village is a busy neighborhood with narrow lanes and lots of people, so getting anything big in or out takes some patience. We aren't a huge corporation with a skyscraper. We operate out of this local spot and try to keep things moving. The humidity here can be tough, especially when you are dealing with heavy materials and machinery all day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to the crew about where the next load needs to go. We don't have a "philosophy" or anything like that. We just know that people need concrete for their buildings and we are the ones who supply it. It’s a lot of manual coordination and hoping the traffic on the Western Express Highway isn't too bad that day. Some days are smoother than others. We have our regulars who have been coming to us for years because they know we are just down the street in Malad. It is a noisy, dusty business, but we like the pace of it. We just show up every morning and handle whatever comes our way in this part of Maharashtra. We keep the machines running and the trucks moving.
