Our office is at 77/83 Masjid Bunder West, right on the ground floor near Sinhagad Road. If you know Masjid Bunder, you know how crowded and hectic it gets. We are right in the middle of all that. As a carrier business, we deal with a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes for people. The ground floor location is good because we don't have to carry stuff up the stairs. The building is old, like most things in this part of town. There is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside. It can be stressful, but you get used to it after a few months. We have a few desks and some space for storage. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know we are here. We spend our days talking to drivers and making sure the goods are loaded correctly. It’s a lot of paperwork too, which nobody likes but it has to be done. We have been operating near Sinhagad Road for quite a while now. The tea stall next door is where we spend most of our breaks when it’s not too busy. It’s a simple business. We move things from point A to point B. We don't make big promises, we just try to do the work honestly. The air is always thick with the smell of the market and old paper.
