Located in Shop No A/1 at Lajya Silk Mill in Andheri East. We’ve been here for a while. It’s right near Reliance Consultancy. Most days are just about managing orders and talking to people who walk in. The mill area stays busy. There's always some noise from the street. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we get things done. We deal with various items, mostly international stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside gets too loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on top of things. Most of our neighbors know us by now. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We usually open up early in the morning. By afternoon, the heat gets a bit much, so we keep the fan running. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a big team, just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We don’t do much advertising; people mostly find us because they need what we have or they work nearby. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. New buildings come up, but the mill area feels the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
