Aashi Creation

Aashi Creation is situated at number 304, near the Star Bazar in S V P Nagar, Mhada, Andheri West. This area is always buzzing with energy. Being near Star Bazar means there are always people around, especially on the weekends. Our space is in one of the Mhada buildings and it is a very functional unit. We do a lot of garment work and designing here for our clients. Andheri West is where everyone seems to be these days. Our room is filled with rolls of fabric and patterns pinned to the walls. We have a couple of big windows that let in some light, but it gets quite hot in the afternoons. We have a small pantry area for making coffee and snacks. The building has a lot of other small businesses too, so there is a constant flow of delivery people in the hallways. We don't have a glossy brochure to show people. We just show them what we have done before on the racks. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders at once. We use old wooden desks that have been around forever. Sometimes we listen to the radio while we work to pass the time. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It’s just us trying to make a living in the city. We appreciate the people who take the time to come up.
