You can find us at Shop No. 9 in Kent Gardens, located on Factory Lane in Borivali West. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for some time now. Aarya 24 Kt is where we spend our time working with gold and helping the folks who live nearby. Factory Lane can get pretty busy during the day, especially with people going to and from work. Our shop isn't the biggest one in the building, but it has everything we need to do our jobs. We have the usual counters and a safe in the back for the more valuable items. We keep the glass clean and the floor swept, though with people coming in from the street, it’s a constant task. We don’t go for anything too flashy in terms of decor; we prefer to keep it simple and practical so people feel comfortable when they walk in. Most of the time, we are just sitting behind the counter, checking the weight of items or talking to regular customers about what they are looking for. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We know the other shop owners in Kent Gardens and sometimes we stand outside to chat when things are quiet. It’s a nice little community here in Borivali West. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep things organized without making too much of a fuss about it all.
