Our shop is Manilal Cottage, Shop No 1, located on Road No 456 in Andheri East. It’s also known as Pathibabu Rao Marg, right in Gulal Wadi. We are directly opposite the Garware Company, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a small, cramped shop filled with paper and printers. We’ve got the usual setup—digital machines, some cutters, and a counter that’s always covered in samples. It’s a bit chaotic when there is a big order of wedding cards or brochures to get through. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people going to the factory across the way. We’ve been here for years, and the shop has a lot of history in the walls. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from the initial layout to the final trim. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It’s a local business through and through. We know most of the shopkeepers on this road. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. People just walk in with a pen drive or an idea and we see what we can do. It’s honest work. We try to keep the machines running smooth and the customers happy. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a workspace where we get things printed and packed. We keep a small stash of different paper types under the main desk so we can show people the textures. It's a bit messy but it works.
